SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

 2011 ANNUAL MEMBER APPRECIATION EVENT/CO-SPONSORSHIP

The 2010 Annual Member Appreciation Event was held at the Museum of Science & Industry.  CEPC members and their guests were invited to a private viewing of both the "Science Storms" and "You The Experience" exhibits and a cocktail reception.  Special thannks to our 2010 Event Sponsors U.S. Trust and the Museum of Science & Industry.

The sponsoring firm(s) will be included as a sponsor or co-sponsor on all promotional material. This includes printed material, emails and website posting. In addition, firms will be included on signage at the event, and the sponsor or co-sponsors have an opportunity to have promotional materials on hand to distribute to the membership. Also included as a full-page black and white advertisement in our CEPC Membership Directory and posting of your logo and website address on the Patron's page of the CEPC Website.

Co-sponsorship of the Annual Member Appreciation Event varies, ranging between $3,500 - $5,000 per sponsor or $10,500 for a single sponsor.

2011 - 2012  LUNCHEON SPONSORSHIP

 Your firm’s name is included as a sponsor on all promotional material for the monthly luncheon that you agree to sponsor. This includes printed material and website posting. In addition, we have sponsor signage at the luncheon, the sponsor is announced at the luncheon, and the sponsor representative is seated at and introduced from the headtable at the luncheon. The sponsor also may distribute promotional materials at the sponsored luncheon. Also included is a full-page black and white advertisement in our CEPC Membership Directory and posting of your logo and website address on the Patron's Page of the CEPC Website.

Luncheon sponsorship is $2,200.

2011 ANNUAL OUTING SPONSORSHIP

Your firm’s name is included as a sponsor on all promotional material. This includes all printed material and website posting. Your company is included on the sponsor signage and in the program, which is distributed to all attendees at this event. Also, your logo and website address will be posted to the Patron's Page on the CEPC Website. Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels.

The 2010 Annual Outing will be held at The Highland Park Country Club in Highland Park, IL on Wednesday, September 1st.  In case of rain, the event will be rescheduled to Wednesday, September 22nd.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available for this event.

CRITERIA FOR MEMBERSHIP

Regular Member applicants are required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning (i) as a lawyer, certified public accountant, chartered life underwriter, chartered financial consultant, certified financial planner or (ii) as a director, officer, manager or its equivalent of a business or organization performing estate planning in connection with (A) trust and estate administration, (B) wealth management, (C) planned giving, (D) valuation services.

Associate Member applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning and meet the same general qualifications as a regular member. Years of experience are measured from the date the applicant meets the genereal qualifications, and not necessarily from the date a professional designation is received. Associate members do not have voting rights.

2010 - 2011 DUES AND MEETING CHARGES

The cost of Regular Annual Membership Dues is $150; Associate Annual Membership Dues are $75.

Luncheon fees are $40 for CEPC members and $55 for non-members. Late luncheon fees and on-site registration fees are $45 for members and $60 for non-members.

Season Tickets may be purchased at the beginning of the fiscal year (July 1). The cost of a Season Ticket is $320, and allows you to attend nine (9) luncheon programs for the price of eight (8) programs. Season Tickets are non-transferable.

MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY ADVERTISING

Your firm is given a full-page (8 1/2 x 11), black & white advertisement, in the annual CEPC Membership Directory. Your firm's logo and website address will also appear on the Patron's Page of the CEPC's Website.

We also have quarter-page (4 x 5) ads. This directory is mailed to the over 700 current CEPC members.

A full page ad is $750.00

A quarter page ad is $250.00

The deadline for submitting ads for the 2011 Membership Directory is December 15, 2010.
